A couple of things you just might want to ask

Q: Can I exchange or return goods?

Yes. We want you to be happy and recommend us to friends. If you believe something's wrong, tell us and we'll investigate. We'll try our best to sort things out quickly.

i) Manufacturing faults

We will exchange faulty goods within 7 days of delivery or refund your money at no cost to you, subject to the 'Returning Goods' conditions. See terms and conditions

ii) Wrong size, different style or change-of-mind

If you do find a product is the wrong size, or you wish to change it for a different style, we'll exchange it within 7 days of delivery subject to the ‘Returning Goods' conditions.
If you change your mind, return your unworn product within 7 days of delivery (subject to the ‘Returning Goods' conditions See terms and conditions ) and we'll refund your money, less the original delivery charge.

Returning your goods

Call or email us first to let us know there's a problem. All we ask is:

1. The goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery. They must reach us ‘as new' i.e. pristine, unworn apart from checking for fit, not cleaned and with all original packaging.

2. Enclose your purchase return notice indicating what's wrong and if you want an exchange or refund. Excepting production fault returns, for all other exchanges please enclose a cheque payment to cover the cost of redelivery and packaging.

Use recorded delivery and consider taking out insurance – we won't be responsible for any postal losses. For manufacturing fault returns only, we will refund standard 1st or 2nd class recorded delivery postage, so please also enclose a copy of your Royal Mail receipt. Personalised embroidered items cannot be returned unless item is faulty.

Q: How can I order/pay?

You can order online, or by phone using a debit/credit card, or by post enclosing a cheque. By far the easiest way to order from Rebel Rider is on this site. We use the SagePay's payment system. It takes most major credit and debit cards including PayPal and is quick, easy, and extremely secure for you.

Q: What are my delivery options/Stock availability?

Standard shipping within the UK is by courier, the charge is £6.50 per order.

For online orders, cost of standard delivery is automatically calculated in your shopping basket. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery.


If goods display as available for order in the online store size chart they should be in-stock.

If there’s a glitch, we’ll endeavour to contact you immediately. Items out of stock can be pre-ordered and the item will be reserved for you and sent soon as it becomes available.

Q: Do you supply retailers?

Rebel Rider is only available to order on-line through their official website.

Q: How do I care for my Rebel Rider equestrian wear?

All of the Rebel Rider range is machine washable at 30 degrees.

We would recommend washing Dalmatian and Zebra jodhpurs and t-shirts inside out to keep them looking striking.

Do not use bleach on any of our range.

Please refer to care wash label in all garments.
